We collect your name, email, mobile number and any payment identifier — such as your UPI handle or Paytm-linked number — needed to verify your identity and process transactions. We do not collect more than is necessary for these purposes.

We share data only with payment processors such as PhonePe, Paytm and UPI network operators, and with identity-verification services where required. Your data is never sold to advertisers or shared with unaffiliated marketing companies.

Yes. You can request deletion of your account data at any time. Where no legal obligation requires us to keep it — such as the seven-year financial record requirement for UPI and Paytm transactions — we will delete your data promptly.

Payment identifiers are encrypted in transit using TLS and stored with AES-256 encryption. No UPI handle, Paytm number or PhonePe transaction credential is stored in plain text, and access to payment data is restricted to authorised personnel only.

We retain your account data for the period required by applicable law after account closure. Transaction records tied to payment methods including UPI, Paytm and PhonePe are kept for seven years to meet financial record-keeping obligations.
